O'Neills interview questions

Asked to complete 2 sample video edit tasks prior to any discussion or even an interview invite. 1st edit on footage - shot + provided by O'Neills, 2nd task to be shot and edited myself. Both time consuming tasks. Submitted quality work and after some encouraging back and forth with hiring personnel then got ghosted. No formal declination, let alone interview. Company then reslisted job posting about 3 weeks later. Absolute waste of time and totally unprofessional conduct.
