OBDeleven interview questions

I applied for the position through the company website by describing my keen interest in the company, position, and over 1 year experience as Influencer Marketing Specialist & Influencer Marketing Team Lead. Despite the fact that I was a perfect candidate for the position with relevant set of skills, they declined my application. They didn't understand that this is a Junior level Position, but the person comes from the Senior level and chose our company. Therefore, I think that they should mention the importance of being Lithuanian in the job description since I didn't encounter any foreigner in their team (which is described on company website).
