The process for an interview was quick. The time it took to actually start working is extremely long and drawn out. There is a lot of orientation full of thing you either don't use, don't remember or simply could have learned on the job
The phone interview was really helpful and the recruiter described all tasks that were expected, he also asked me to describe myself as a nurse in three words and two situational questions. The recruiter was very easy to talk to.
