Offshore Wind Consultants interview questions

Informal chat with a few questions. Multiple chats with team members mainly to find out compatibility with the team. Good to have questions prepared as very much a chat. It lasted around half an hour each call.

I approached a third party recruiter for a role related to transport and installation for offshore wind. The recruiter advised me, based on my CV, that I was qualified for the role, although a job description was not available to confirm. I was advised that the first call would be an informal chat, then a formal interview should they consider me a good fit. Unfortunately, that first informal chat ended up being a formal interview with a panel. Clearly, upon discussing with the team, I would not be meeting their minimum qualification requirements, nevertheless we went through the whole interview. I never received any feedback, positive or negative - a.k.a. ghosted.
