Interview was quick and they initially followed up quite quickly. The HR lady would initially update me every few days to say that they were getting finance to approve and that I was well on my way to getting the job. However, I was then suddenly ghosted. She gave me a day that she would update me by but then there was no update. I messaged her to arrange a check in again, which she agreed to but then I got ghosted.
Personally, I feel that they shouldn’t promise anything if they’re going to ghost in the end. Very disappointed since Ogilvy is a big company.
