applied online with a few essays. then had a skype interview. from there you are asked to either come to NYC for a super saturday. I did not make it to that round, but when you get there you are with a lot of other applicants and only few are given offers. this usually occurs in march

Question 1
how do you work with people from different backgrounds? What advertising experience have you had in the pass?
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
