      Managing Partner Interview

      6 Oct 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Singapore
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Singapore) in May 2012

      Interview

Series of one on one interviews. It was a "reverse process" - it started with high up discussions, then a series of discussions with more middle junior people. The top people were more focused on whether I could do the job and the lower down interviews were focused on whether I would fit in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why I felt I could do the job and what experience I would use.
