Olive Tree Brasserie interview questions

I had to learn the menu off by heart and attend sn in-person meeting with the 2 managers. They seemed relaxed and friendly and the whole experience was pleasant enough. We all attendee the open do and I believe a couple of people dropped out due to waitressing not being for them.
