Rude and rushing process
Firms and governments need to address issues that are tougher and more urgent than ever before. Oliver Wyman’s promise to deliver breakthrough impact through collaboration has resulted in 76% of our clients saying we have more impact than other management consulting firms.
The first part were two on-site same-day consecutive 45-minutes interviews with engagement managers, candidate-led cases with some behavioural questions as well. If selected to the second round, what followed was an online interview with a partner, mostly behavioural questions but also specific technical questions based on the feedback from the first round, in order to see if there was an improvement.

How many passengers travelled through Paris airport (CDG) during the olympics?
There was an online assessment which tested mostly mental math and reading graphs. Then, there was a 30 minute case interview and a 30 minute behavioral. Fairly straightforward and standard, with the case being easier than average.

First behavioral interview super annoying that it is 3 at once. Typical tell me about yourself and why oliver wyman. The interviewer seemed like already made up the decision and it was very uncomfortable to undergo the interview.
