The interview process was very efficient. Multiple interviews and testing were all arranged to take place in under a week (from the first to the last interview). Contract received within a week of the last interview. None of the questions around the role were challenging. Should have clocked the huge red flag that they kept on and on about diversity. I realised why when I joined.

Question 1
How I would get someone to Madrid for a 11:00 meeting.
Round one was a video interview with someone from HR. She seemed pleasant and spoke as if I had a good chance. The interviewer never followed up despite this impression and my sending a follow-up.
Took about 4 weeks, and got an offer afterwards. Everyone was friendly and had knowledge about the industry. I interviewed with 5x people on the team, all from hr to partners.

Interview
The interview process was great and they came back saying they had positive things to say about me but they’ll go for someone else. It was really weird as it wasn’t one person they were recruiting for. I thought the interview was great but the outcome was disappointing
