Interview
There are three rounds of Case Interviews with different cases and a personal fit part mostly focused on motivation. The cases are projects done within the region and vary from profitability to market sizing. Each round is with a different employee of a different level.

The interviewer was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole interview. The questions asked were half behavioral and the other was a fermi based question. Because this was for an internship, the whole interview process was 15 minutes.

Interview
Interview process was great and to the point. Had one small assessment, which moved onto a fit interview that lasted about 20 minutes. After passing that, I had to prepare for 3 case interviews (Final one with a partner at OW). Overall, I would say that the process was stressful but definitely worth it.
