Interview
Teams meeting with national manager, was organised through a recruitment agency. Interview was 1 hour and the feedback I received was that I was a very good candidate with the correct personality and drive but not the amount of experience needed working with builders and developers which is odd as that is all I have done for around 4/5 years.
