after several rounds of interviews, i was told that i was being pitched to the client to see if my background was a good match. Ultimately the client did not see me as a good fit, and over two months of interviews was thrown out the window. This was a bad sign for me, Omnitek should be hiring based on their views of you, not that of the client. i wouldn't have taken the offer if it had come anyways based on that.

Interview
Had one phone call with a senior HR person. Seemed to go well, waited for the scheduled follow up call, only for the guy to quit and no one tell me the position was filled.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OmniTek Consulting
Interview
The CEO, hiring manager and I met at a coffee shop and talked about my past working experience and general mantra on change management. The next week I met with an active member on their sub-contracting team who walked me through the day-to-day's of the job. I accepted their offer, but strangely they never sent it in writing. I followed up with them and they confirmed they were getting an offer ready and once again failed to send it. Very odd decorum. Be wary of a company who can't effectively hire or communicate properly.
