recruiter was overly friendly and positive during process of recruitment screen, I though I passed that round but the outcome was negative and totally unpredictable. we discussed many things related to job and availability. I thought they had already checked my experience with role requirements, otherwise would not call me, but later the reason for rejection happened to be the lack of direct role experience.
Asked me lots of questions that is not even related to my specialization, felt like they wanted me to fail the interview despite interviewing me anyway. Interviews looked unorganized anyway.
