The interview process itself was great. The CEO is passionate about what they do, their clients and the company they have built. I went in for two face to face interviews and was a final candidate. However, my entire experience was shattered when they chose to not get back to me in regards to their final decision. I sent emails and left messages for the hiring manager for over a month after my final interview and never heard back. It hit me as incredibly unprofessional and quite unfair to a candidate who at least deserves a "yes or no."
