First reaction to the application is they sent the personal questionnaire about you as a person and a professional. They ask you for "2minutes" for filling it in and give around 20 questions to answer (definitely not a 2 minutes thing). Afterwards they send a form with 50+ skills to self evaluate yourself. Then they stay silent, until you ask them, what happened, and they tell you that oh sorry, we're so busy you didn't fit, we picked someone else. Then, in a month they repost same job add elsewhere. I found it disrespectful to ask someone to devote time to answer that personal questionnaire, and then to not care to actually check the technical skills (you know, people have different ways of self assessment - some are more self-critical, some are less. Would make sense to not judge someone on purely how someone sees him/herself?). Advice to Ondewo - swap the skill questionnaire with the personal one - you'll save valuable time for people.
