I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OnlineDoctor in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process at OnlineDoctor was well-structured and professional. It began with an introductory conversation that focused on my background, the role, and the company culture, which was presented clearly and engagingly. The second stage consisted of a two-hour technical interview, divided into a collaborative system design exercise, where I used a diagramming tool to discuss architecture, followed by a pair programming session on a small web application they provided in advance. Both parts gave a realistic sense of the technologies and teamwork style, and the interviewers created an open and respectful atmosphere.
The final decision took some time to be communicated, and when it arrived, the feedback was very general. I followed up to request more specific points for improvement, but did not receive a response. Overall, the experience during the interviews themselves was positive and transparent, but the closing stage of the process felt incomplete due to the lack of actionable feedback.
