Onsharp interview questions

Casual conversation in a conference room. Ask about myself and what my interests were. Started one on one with several questions then lead to a group interview. Then met with the CEO for a brief conversation.

Took some aptitude tests and then a brief phone discussion followed with an in-person interview with the entire development team. The interview itself was very informal and enjoyable. Gave the team and I a chance to feel out each other. We discussed the tests, and my knowledge of the relevant technologies.
