      Principal Network Engineer Interview

      6 Feb 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Waterloo, ON
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenText (Waterloo, ON) in Dec 2020

      Interview

It was an easy interview and focused on dynamic routing protocol and traffic engineering .It was one of the rudest interview I have ever seen in my life. very cheap attitude and the person who was interviewing me trying to show my experience and knowledge underestimated with sneering behavior. In interview was telling me why you have 6 pages resume and you should reduce it in 2 pages. My question was, if you want to come to an interview flouting a candidate, why wasting our time and making a negative perspective for your company ? The interviewer was in stress and when I answered his question he was trying to find something is not in my resume and their JD in order to show my skills and knowledge low level. I wouldn't recommend this to professional people with a strong network knowledge background.
