It was the first interview, held with a video conference app, that could be launched on any mobile device or laptop. As you launched the app, a camera lens starts watching you. There is no human being on the other side. Questions begin to pop up. You have 120 seconds to read the question and prepare the answer. When you are ready to record, you click a button and your video response is recorded. The whole process is very robotic and makes you feel uncomfortable through out the interview process, in the absence of any human interaction or feed-back.
