I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OpenText (Bengaluru) in Nov 2018
Interview
The worst interview process, I attended the interview at Bangalore location. The interviewer took 1-hour interview, he asked me the basic questions and I answered all of them, He was pretty impressed and he said please wait outside, I'll ask my Manager to take the next round of interview and he opened the door, while going out he asked me where I am from, I said Bangalore and he said ok, please wait I'll ask my manager and after 10 mins HR came and asked me to leave. I informed her that, he said Manager will take next round, she said you did not clear the interview and this is the feedback he has given.
I don't understand, I asked him, whether to stay or leave, he said please wait, my manager will take your next round of interview and he has given negative feedback to the HR.
