The interview was a 4-step process. I applied in 2021. Firstly, I had to record a video (several videos in fact) to answer questions about system design, design patterns etc. I then had a call with HR which was pleasant. Followed by another call with the Hiring Manager. This was also pleasant. Lastly, I had a call with the Hiring Manager and two senior/staff developers. I was asked some tough questions - but it was fairly straight forward, too.
