Interview Feedback (Glassdoor)
Overall, the interview process was very well structured and professionally managed.
The process started with an initial screening call, followed by a director round focused on assessing whether my experience aligned with the skills required for the role. The next stage was a panel interview with six interviewers, where they thoroughly evaluated key technical areas including:
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Python project experience
- On-call responsibilities and ITIL processes
This round lasted about an hour.
There was also a hands-on technical session (approximately one hour) involving live debugging on an EKS cluster, covering Kubernetes and Terraform scenarios, which was practical and relevant to the role.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was the quick turnaround on interview feedback. Overall, the process was organized, comprehensive, and efficient.
