OpenText Sales Operations Analyst interview questions

Chat with recruiter followed by chat with manager. Getting info regarding the progression of my application was like pulling teeth, had to keep chasing the recruiter. It was confirmed I was still in the process, a week later i got an offer from a competitor and informed the recruiter of that. No response. After a week or so I got the automated email, thanks for your time but we went an other way. I asked for some feedback. No response. No big deal for me personally as I've accepted an offer since, just would appreciate them showing me the same curtesy I showed them. Makes me not keen on workign for them in the future
