Interview
There are two in interview and exam. First, I was asked for HR interview and exam.
HR interview is all about your resume. Exam was about Math, Logic, Windows, UNIX, and SQL
Last interview is the hiring manager.

I am basically from India, I have applied through a job portal and received call from HR with in a week.
HR is so responsive and professional. Few times interview was cancelled from my end due to some technical issues, but he marked his professionalism and rescheduled it by giving me a second chance.
There was initially a technical round of interview from onsite which would check the technical skills and based on the performance further rounds of interview depends. I have cleared the 1st round.
Later round of interview was with couple of managers and a 2nd technical round from the senior technical analyst. All the interview questions were expected and cleared with no hurdle.
After a week, i have received email from HR on my selection with the company and required few documents to further proceed with the process.
After a week again, received a conditional offer letter from the company.
They requested for some documents and hired a third party company for background screening purpose, and the process took 2 weeks to get completed.
Upon successfully completed with bgv, it took a week for them to verify the bgv report and the conditional offer has been levied and they sent a final offer of appointment letter.

Question 1
As i am from Middleware background, and even they required a candidate who has hands on experience with Tomcat container.
Questions related to Apache Tomcat & Application support related questions along with linux and networking commands, and application related errors and troubleshooting,

Interview
Position was advertised online. Phone interview and an in-person interview.The phone interview will consist of a few standard HR questions and then some technical questions pertaining to basic UNIX commands. The in-person interview will consist of a test with questions which cover basic commands on UNIX/Windows operating systems. There is also a background check and education verification. This process takes about ten days to complete.
