Hiring was through a former employee. The process was simple. Few phone calls later, I was called for an interview. I was told to prepare a mock presentation file for pitching to a client. Prepare a realistic budget from low to medium level production expenses. If you have the knowledge you can't goof up. So don't lie or fake budgeting expenses.
