Interview
Warm and inviting. The individuals who interviewed me allowed me to feel valued with my experience and expertise I was bringing to the table. It was more conversational that listen and respond to questions which was nice way for the interview to be led.
Interview was thorough!! Owner really cares. Asks questions about past working history, scenarios and even role played! It was definitely a lot of fun and I even learned in the interview!
