Interview
When you first walk in, an office administrator will give you a form to fill out with general information as well as ask you for a copy of your resume which will be returned later. You are told to go into a conference room and it was full of other people going after the same job. This ended up being a position for Benefits Advisor for AFLAC. The interviewer put on a 10 minute intro video, and then came back into the room and handed back everyone their resumes. The interviewer will then go around the room to try to get to know everyone and what their past experience is and why they are here. They then will describe the position, which ended up being selling supplemental insurance. After about 40 minutes of talking to everyone in the room (goes around in a circle) and asking general questions, the first interview is concluded.
