The interview process was quite okay. It was not easy and at same time not difficult. The interview was in two phases, the first phase which was an online aptitude test then the second phase was video interview. They ask me several questions about myself, my interests in joining the company, salary expectations etc

I was asked to do 3 tasks by a HR representative. I didn't receive a reply after 2 weeks, I reached out once more time. I waited 2 more weeks, still no reply. They basically ghosted me and ignored all of my time and effort putting into completing these tasks. This behaviours was unprofessional and unkind and no one should be treated this way.

I applied online. Then they write me to complete the task and send it back within the next 1-2 days. The task was to redesign some screens of their mobile app.
I completed it and sent them the link. I saw that 3 employees of Orderific checked my assignment. I wrote to them to ask when can I wait for feedback. And they not answer me, they ghosted me.
