I guess it's the same for all potential employees who want to join OtterHalf : 3 stages
1. chat with the Founder
2. assignment + presentation
3. culture call with the team
The process was fast, around 1-2 weeks in total until I got my offer. To be very honest, it was a very interesting and refreshing session. I really got to know the company and the work they're doing, and I was hooked since the first meeting. The assignment itself was also fun to do! The Founder asked what type of assignment that I wanted to do, and since I'm interested in strategy, I was tasked to create a deck about a potential product. Presenting it was super fun. The third stage was a culture call with the team members where we got to know how the team worked, etc.
10/10 would recommend :)
Update: I'm doing my internship now and tbh I've never felt this happy with a workplace before.
