I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ounass
Interview
he role was advertised as a specific specialist position, but the interview revealed they needed a 'department of one' to build and scale a new brand from scratch. There was a clear disconnect between their budget and the actual resources required to meet their goals, suggesting they needed a full team rather than a single hire.

Hr was really nice, it was a pleasure to meet her.
Hiring manager looked bored from the first moment. I’m not sure if they really had intention to hire somebody as I saw this position opened 3 months after my interview. I got no feedback while i asked about it
1. Application Review
The hiring team will initially review your application and resume. If your qualifications align with the role, you'll be shortlisted for an interview.
2. Phone Screen / Initial Interview
In this stage, you’ll have a conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager. The goal is to assess your background, motivation for applying, and your passion for the role. Expect questions about customer service, handling pressure, and managing relationships with high-profile clients. Some typical questions might include:
"Why are you interested in this role?"
"How do you handle working under pressure?"
"What relevant experience do you have?"
3. Skills Assessment
You may be asked to complete a skills assessment to evaluate your technical proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word and Excel), and possibly test your knowledge of handling VIP clients or the luxury industry. This could be in the form of a short test or practical assignment.
4. Face-to-Face or Virtual Interview
If you pass the initial screening, you will be invited to a more in-depth interview. The conversation will focus on your previous experience, how you've managed client relationships, and your ability to meet targets. You may be asked questions like:
"Tell us about a time you successfully handled a VIP client relationship."
"How would you go about developing connections with new clients?"
"What steps would you take to ensure you meet monthly targets?"
5. Behavioral and Situational Questions
Expect questions that assess how you handle challenges, multitask, and manage time efficiently. Some examples might be:
"Tell us about a time when you had to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines."
"Describe a situation where you went above and beyond for a client."
6. Cultural Fit Assessment
The interview will also assess whether your personality and working style fit with the company's values and team dynamics. You might be asked about your flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with rotating shifts.
7. Final Interview / Discussion with Senior Management
If you're a strong candidate, you may meet with senior management or the department head for a final discussion. This part will focus on how you would contribute to the team and your long-term career goals.
8. Offer Stage
If you successfully pass the interview stages, you’ll receive a job offer. This will include compensation details, benefits, and employment terms.
9. Onboarding
After accepting the offer, you will go through the onboarding process, which typically includes training on the company’s policies, systems, and team introductions.
