Phone call screening interview followed by an in-person interview in the regional office in Rome. The interview was attended by the Regional Manager and the CEO. There were mostly questions about event-related and regional knowledge to gauge my level of understanding of the market. The interview was also peppered with typical consulting interview questions to gain insight into my approach to difficult tasks.
