Oxygen Activeplay interview questions

Invited to a group interview where we sat down and spoke to individual managers one at a time- incredibly disorganised. Interview itself only lasted five minutes and was asked to do a trial shift. It was not disclosed that it would be unpaid, it was four hours long and I was unsupervised the entire time, just treated as a regular member of staff.

Started with getting into pairs and learning about the person you were with. Then you had to present that back to the group. Second activity was teaching a skill to the group.
