They reached out to me after applying on indeed. It was a 4 step process: Phone interview, in-person interview, Disc, and working interview. The Disc was new for me and at first I thought it was unnecessary, but after working here I see why due to culture being a high priority

Interview
I originally went through two rounds of interviews for a Operations Supervisor position but after those and taking a personality test, they decided that I wasn’t a good fit for that position but I’d be a good fit for a Logistics Coordinator position. They were right, the job description fit my personality better. They ended up offering me the position after another interview but I turned them down due to my employer offering me a remote position and promotion. I was a little bummed, PDX movers seems like a great company to work for and they’re good people. They pride themselves on treating their employees right and it shows.
