The interview was generally relaxed and all questions were behavioral. You discuss your resume and then they ask you very predictable, personality questions. (the common 'tell me about a time when you...')

I had an interview on my college campus around October. It was very relaxed and more of a conversation about myself and my interests. It was two interviewers and myself. They told me I would hear in the next few weeks about the next step (I assumed there would be more rounds of interviews) but I didn't hear from them so I assumed I was out of the running. Then, they contacted me in probably April, saying they would like to take the next steps in the process. By then, I had already secured another internship position for the summer. It was a pleasant interview, but taking months to get back to me left a bad impression for me.
