PG Assist interview questions

Smooth & easy process. Situation based questions will be asked on your past experience. You have to provide examples as much as you can. Like the projects you have handled, how did you manage to settle out conflict between colleagues? Performance based questions. Knowledge of microbial tests and analysis etc.

Introductions to whole team. 1:1 interview followed by a short test using excel with one of the other team members. The test was to access analytical skills and our attention to detail. The whole interview took approximately an hour in total.
