Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I was contacted by a recruiter who matched my skills with the employer. The recruiter set up the interview the same day. Had the interview a couple days later where I told them about my skills and experience. They told a few things about the company and what was expected of me. They said there would be opportunities to learn and grow with appropriate training every now and again. Overall a decent interview experience but was bummed at the fact that I didn't get the job despite fitting the profile perfectly.

Question 1
They asked me about my experience and why I would be suited for the role. They asked me about agency experience and previous companies I had worked for. They asked me some technical questions about the role itself, mostly PHP and WordPress related.
