After that, I made an appointment for another time with the interviewer, but he broke the appointment again and was still not answering calls or emails. After passing the technical interview, They sent me an email to schedule a meeting with the CTO and the Head of Projects, and only gave a two-hour range to choose from. I told them that I happened to have a meeting within these two hours and could not attend, and asked if I could change the time, and then I never received any response again.
