First round was phone interview, asked a couple of behavioral questions, general knowledge on the market, and my thoughts on investment opportunities. Got invited to superday at Newport Beach, super nice city down in California, had 6 back-to-back interviews with 12 people in total, half of interviews were video conference will NY office people. Questions almost all focused on giving examples to demonstrate certain qualities (behavioral), which was completely unexpected. Only one group touched on understanding of general market.
