I applied for the Recruiting Associate Position, completed a video interview, and then was reached out to to have an onsite interview for a contract role. I was so excited to interview in person that I realized an important step was missing - the phone interview. Phone interviews are so helpful to me because they are full of crucial information that candidates need prior to coming onsite. I find this info to be stuff that you won't find on their website or in reviews.
My onsite interview was...interesting. It was 3 hours of me sitting in a room having video interviews. The Recruiting Associate helping me out that day was so nice and sweet and the in person interviewer was amazing. If it weren't for them I would've left after an hour and a half in. The process was draining and one of the recruiters was very aggressive with her questioning.
I found that the process was all over the place and that I was truly just learning about the company and team during the onsite because I hadn't had the phone interview! There were just so many missing pieces.
I felt that they wouldn't select me after the interviews, but I remained hopeful. 3 weeks went by and nothing. I reached out to the recruiter and she confirmed what I thought. I'm just curious if they were ever going to reach out to me. It's annoying that I had an in person interview and then nothing.
