      Campus Recruiter Interview

      24 Mar 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PIMCO in Dec 2023

      Interview

Virtual interview with one team member, then another virtual interview with another team member. Then an in-person interview with both team members. Seems an inefficient process - should just do the one in person interview to save everyone's time. Main interviewer was very nice and friendly. But it was almost too casual, it didn't feel like there were enough questions to really scope out my experience. A lot of the interviews was them talking about the role.
