Recruiter reached out, multiple short calls to gauge interest, followed by 1 technical interview and 1 very time-consuming but technical assignment on system design in C after which I was given amazingly good feedback but strangely not picked for the next round.

The questions were thoughtful and full. From what I've learned, PK doesn't hire to just fill a role, and rather, to have a long term employee. This is reflected in the wide range of questions asked.
