I recently participated in a two-round interview process with both the CEO and COO of the company. The experience was highly engaging and insightful, offering a clear understanding of their leadership style, strategic direction, and company vision. Both interviews were conducted in a professional and focused manner, allowing for meaningful discussions around business priorities, financial strategy, and organizational growth. What stood out most was the impressive speed of decision-making—within a very short timeframe, they were able to evaluate, align, and move forward decisively. This reflects a culture of efficiency, strong alignment among leadership, and a commitment to attracting the right talent swiftly.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PMAX
