I applied through my career services website. I applied to a lot of internships so I don't know the exact turn time but I think it was close to a week or two. They invited me to a one on one interview. The day before the interview they had a meet and greet with the two people who were supposed to be interviewing us. They told us about their job and about PNC. There was a question and answer period and they really wanted a lot of questions. After you could talk to the two VP's in a smaller set. My interview was the next day and it turned out that the VP's did not interview us due to a meeting so they had someone from their rotational program interview me. It was a lot more lax considering he was in my position like six months ago, they asked really general behavioral questions and the usual "do you have any questions for me". I would suggest being yourself and don't over do how much you know. Show that you are confident in your ability to succeed in the internship but you know and want to learn more. All of the people I encountered were really excited about talking to the interns and were all interested in helping. After the first interview I got a call about 5 days later for super day. The super day consisted of 3-4, 4 interviews in my case. My first interview was for 1 position in Michigan with the SVP, she was EXTREMELY nice but still about her business. The next three were with two people from various Lines of business. HR, Marketing, Business Banking, coordinator for the rotational program. They all asked typical interview questions... "Where have you shown leadership?" "What will you bring to PNC" . After the interviews I heard back the following week. This wasn't that common some peopel took weeks some heard back sooner. I am pretty sure they didn't inform you if you didn't get an offer.
