The first interview was over the phone and consisted of only behavioral questions. The second round interview was a super day. It consisted of three interviews with people in different areas of risk. They were all very friendly, and want to see if you are a fit for the company.

Phone screen to superday. It was fairly straightforward and entirely behavioral. The super day was virtual and consisted of two rounds with a analyst and a manager. They didn’t grill on anything and as long as you can walk through your resume you will be fine.
The process was good. My interviewer was knowledgeable and provided me with open ended questions that were easy to talk about. Overall a good experience and I enjoyed the conversation

Super Day event in Baltimore. employer mingle session the night before and multiple interviews for the position the morning after. About a 15 min rotation between each interview. Some had one interviewer and the others had two or three at one time
