Interview
The first stage was a Hirevue, all behavioral questions. The next stage was the Superday, where it was two 25 minute interviews back to back, which two interviewers in each room.

Question 1
Explain a concept to someone that has no background in that subject?
It was a comfortable and easy going process. The first round was primarily behavioral while the second round was a super day at their headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to.
