Submitted on line and heard back within one or two weeks. They flew me out for an on site interview and put me in a nice hotel to prepare for the interview. I got a job offer next day when I was back home. They give me a base salary and told me that I can negotiate the salary. I didn't negotiate it. I just take as it was. The only issue with me is that I never got my reimbursement for the trip because I mail it to them but it went missing. They paid airfare and hotel major part of it. So it was only about 100 expenses.
