Interview
This was for the development program. The interview was very easy interview, It was pretty much a review of my resume and interests. The interview was around 30 minutes and it was only one round.
The interview was a behavioral interview. I had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend it to others. I would make sure you understand the role of tech in banking.

The interview itself was a really great experience. My interviewer was very professional and we had a great conversation the entire time. Mostly behavioral. I was however thoroughly disappointed with the recruiters after the fact. I was given an offer, and then ghosted for weeks. Just seemed very unprofessional.
