After multiple rounds of interviews with the recruiter, manager, and prospective team members, I was ghosted with no response on whether I got the role. Despite reaching the final round, I wasn't even dignified with an email letting me know I was not chosen for the role. Also, the team members that interviewed me were unprofessional and even insulted me during the interview. They clearly didn't want a "diverse" team member.
