      Senior Account Executive Interview

      22 Dec 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PROS in Sept 2017

      Interview

It was a very interesting hiring process in that after the hiring manger sold you on the job there was a substantial amount of ad hoc people that randomly would interview you. It was almost as though they were instituting a new hiring process and the manger wasn't certain as to the steps.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Interview questions were conversational with most people but became very textbook questions from senior managers. Question from senior management centered around if you read their favorite sales book and knew the one or two key answers they wanted to hear.
